As contributing editor for theatre productions, I had the pleasure of interviewing the talented Cara Delevingne, who currently starring in the multi-award-winning production of Cabaret at London's Playhouse Theatre. Delevingne, who is: also amodel and: actress, has spent a year preparing for the role with Sally Bowles, which she admits was a: challenge she didn't anticipate.Born and raised within London, Delevingne recalls acting as one of her earliest memories, finding solace on stage at the age of five. "I remember losing myself n finding myself, all in the center of that tornado. It was confusing along with amazing – I wanted it thus badly," she says.
Delevingne's journey up——playing Sally Bowles began when her great friend Sienna Miller performed the role on Broadway in 2015.
Miller was quick to tell Delevingne she would being amazing as Sally, that Delevingne initially dismissed on placed at the time that "ridiculous." However, during the opportunity arose, Delevingne felt compelled to take on top of along more with the challenge. ▧▩
